Working for Manchester Airport Developments plc, F. Brown recently completed an eight week comprehensive package within the reception area of the Commonwealth House office building at Manchester Airport.
After its vacation by previous tenants, the building now renamed Voyager, received a refurbishment to the interior and exterior of the reception area prior to being marketed as available office space.
F. Brown plc's work valued at approx £200,000 included the installation of a new bespoke reception desk, quartz floor and veneered wall panels. A suspended ceiling with integral lighting wasalso installed, whilst a new entrance door completed the overall enhancement of the building.
